Cryptocurrencies are more susceptible to market manipulation than securities. Cryptocurrencies are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation. Cryptocurrency investors do not enjoy the same regulatory protections as registered securities.

Cryptocurrency accounts and custody and transactions in such accounts are provided by Digital Asset Services, LLC, a limited liability company established by the New York State Department of Financial Services to engage in the business of virtual currencies (NMLS ID 1773897).

Brokerage services supporting transactions in securities are provided by Brokerage Services LLC (“FBS”), and related custody services are provided by National Financial Services LLC (“NFS”), each registered broker-dealer and member NYSE and SIPC.
